We all know the roller coaster ride and mixed emotions when we are buying first HOME. But before we know this is "it", we need someone who get us there and it was Bhavana who walked that journey with us. We can not thank her enough for helping us throughout the process. She understood our requirements and worked on finding us the right house that we can call a home. She explained everything starting from doing house tours (We give her A+ for taking every precaution during this pandemic and it is too hard to schedule a tour in times like this), putting offers, explaining every document when signing, constantly connecting with LA and Lender about progress/updates, getting the keys and for her it's not just closing the deals but building relations so she is still staying in touch. Let me start by saying that Zillow should have 6 stars when it comes for a true professional like Bhavana ji. We met her at an open house a year ago and really liked her approach. She was a rare combination of knowledge, patience, Honesty (YES - HONESTY) ; treated us like family. After a lot of search we liked a house but Bhavana ji pulled us out (Thank God- That house was in a fire prone area) and when we finally bought a house with her during the start of COVID, she spent so much time with us to make sure this was the right purchase, never pushed us to move fast - no gimmick. Truth be told, I did not believe such realtors existed. A BIG Fan and Thankful to her that we have a house for our family.

Bhavana helped our family to buy our first house! As first time buyers, she is very nice to talk to, always easygoing, patient and energetic. She diligently respond to our questions, requests, following up with sellers etc very quickly. Under guidelines for Real Estate Best Practices under COVID-19, she made sure, someone is available to come with us to see the houses, sometimes multiple houses in a single day. After the visit, she'd point out some pros and cons that we might have missed, went through the disclosures, inspection reports and comparable prices with us. When I made the first offer, she thoroughly walked me through the process explaining every element of the purchase offer. I made offers on multiple houses before my offer got accepted, she was very patient throughout the entire process. She's very good at keeping a good relationship with the listing agent which helps for making a competitive offer. She constantly followed up with the lender to close the deal on time! We recently closed our first home with Bhavana. In short, we couldn't have asked for more. Bhavana is highly energetic and extremely committed to providing the best service. We have been on the market for very long and wrote many offers in this very skewed seller's market. She has been very patient and meticulous through out. I recall a day where she spent an entire day making phone calls to navigate special Covid situation just to schedule a visit to 2 homes. She guided us through out our mortgage process to close promptly in this historic time where banks are inundated with refinance applications and are unprepared for the volume. I highly recommend Bhavana as your realtor and would go back to her for any of our future plans.

We engaged Bhavana to help us find a tenant for our townhouse in Livermore. We found her to be extremely resourceful, detail oriented and very well connected. Despite all the issues related to COVID-19, she managed to not only get the property ready for showing, but also actively managed the prospective tenants through the viewing and review process, finally recommending a tenant that she actively screened and qualified for us. Throughout the process she was very professional, returned calls in a timely manner and was on top of all the formalities and paperwork. We would highly recommend her. In fact we are now looking for another property in the Dublin area and are actively engaged with her to help us make that a reality.

Bhavana is committed to getting things done! We got lucky to have found Bhavana who made our dream home become reality. We met Bhavana end of 2019 via Zillow. We weren’t really planning to buy our first home so quickly, but as they say most things happen when you least expect it, ours happened too. After our year end vacation, we thought let’s start going to open house to get the real feel of house buying process. On the first day of our open house experiment, we saw this house - it made both of us feel like - yes , this is how we want our home to be. We had 4 days to put the offer and we were not ready with pre-work one needs when buying primary home. That day we connected back with Bhavana to check if she can help us with this one. Since both of us liked the house so much we wanted to give a try to see if we can make it our own. From then it was next 15-20 days journey where Bhavana worked tirelessly to make sure our offer gets accepted, she was present for every inspection, every to do list that needed to be taken care of, educating us on the process , guiding us on the documentary checks so on. Due to the flu, Bhavana fell sick the day after the offer was accepted. She still made time to be present for the home inspections. And then we find out next day she was moved to the ICU getting treated for pneumonia. This being our first primary home purchase we were obviously in panic state, both for her health and how to manage the transaction! Bhavana put us at ease by ensuring, one of her associates handle our file for next couple of days. Even though she stayed 1.5hr driving distance, she made sure she travelled all the way for every inspections, signing and giving us lovely flowers with house key on the closure. We will recommend Bhavana any day , she knows what she is doing and she is 100% committed to it! Thank you Bhavana, it was truly pleasure working with you!

We had a wonderful experience working with Bhavana. She is very knowledgable, diligent, and an awesome negotiator. She is a great communicator as well and always responds in time. She looks for your best interests and that is what we really liked about her. She worked around the clock and closed the deal quickly for us.
