We all know the roller coaster ride and mixed emotions when we are buying first HOME. But before we know this is "it", we need someone who get us there and it was Bhavana who walked that journey with us. We can not thank her enough for helping us throughout the process. She understood our requirements and worked on finding us the right house that we can call a home. We were not that familiar with the area but she did excellent job in getting us acquainted with the area. She knows the Tri-valley area so well and have a reputation in the business which helped us a lot. She knows the business very well. But what makes her stand apart is the interest she takes in her clients. I have spoken to three other realtors but when we spoke to Bhavana, we felt that she was not ONLY about getting the deals closed and get commission, we felt that she was actually buying the house with us. She explained everything starting from doing house tours (We give her A+ for taking every precaution during this pandemic and it is too hard to schedule a tour in times like this), putting offers, explaining every document when signing, constantly connecting with LA and Lender about progress/updates, getting the keys and for her it's not just closing the deals but building relations so she is still staying in touch. We are very happy that we had Bhavana representing us. We can not thank her enough.
