Bhavana was an excellent help and a wonderful realtor to guide us through our first home-buying experience. She was very knowledgable in how the market works and gave us sound advice that ultimately helped us secure our dream home. As first-time buyers, we were unsure of the process of buying a home, but Bhavana was incredibly patient and understanding and answered every question we had. Bhavana made sure that, not only were we on schedule, but that we were well ahead of schedule. This ensured that we had a smooth escrow period and were not scrambling at the last minute. She made sure to constantly follow-up with all parties involved so that all tasks were completed well in advance. Given the current situation with the Covid-19 Pandemic, it seemed daunting to try and find a house. However, Bhavana went above and beyond in taking the necessary precautions and ensuring the we felt comfortable. Overall it was an excellent experience and we felt lucky to have Bhavana by our side through this process. We would definitely recommend her to other prospective buyers, especially first-time home buyers.
