Bhavana helped our family to buy our first house! As first time buyers, she is very nice to talk to, always easygoing, patient and energetic. Under guidelines for Real Estate Best Practices under COVID-19, she made sure, someone is available to come with us to see the houses, sometimes multiple houses in a single day. After the visit, she'd point out some pros and cons that we might have missed, went through the disclosures, inspection reports and comparable prices with us. When I made the first offer, she thoroughly walked me through the process explaining every element of the purchase offer. I made offers on multiple houses before my offer got accepted, she was very patient throughout the entire process. She's very good at keeping a good relationship with the listing agent which helps for making a competitive offer. She constantly followed up with the lender to close the deal on time!
