Bhavana is committed to getting things done! We got lucky to have found Bhavana who made our dream home become reality. We met Bhavana end of 2019 via Zillow. We weren’t really planning to buy our first home so quickly, but as they say most things happen when you least expect it, ours happened too. After our year end vacation, we thought let’s start going to open house to get the real feel of house buying process. On the first day of our open house experiment, we saw this house - it made both of us feel like - yes , this is how we want our home to be. We had 4 days to put the offer and we were not ready with pre-work one needs when buying primary home. That day we connected back with Bhavana to check if she can help us with this one. Since both of us liked the house so much we wanted to give a try to see if we can make it our own. From then it was next 15-20 days journey where Bhavana worked tirelessly to make sure our offer gets accepted, she was present for every inspection, every to do list that needed to be taken care of, educating us on the process , guiding us on the documentary checks so on. Due to the flu, Bhavana fell sick the day after the offer was accepted. She still made time to be present for the home inspections. And then we find out next day she was moved to the ICU getting treated for pneumonia. This being our first primary home purchase we were obviously in panic state, both for her health and how to manage the transaction! Bhavana put us at ease by ensuring, one of her associates handle our file for next couple of days. Even though she stayed 1.5hr driving distance, she made sure she travelled all the way for every inspections, signing and giving us lovely flowers with house key on the closure. We will recommend Bhavana any day , she knows what she is doing and she is 100% committed to it! Thank you Bhavana, it was truly pleasure working with you!
